Oil Cleanser removes the day without stripping or disrupting a barrier that is already working hard.
Epicutis Lipid Serum is built on TSC, a patented anti-inflammatory, in a formula of only eight ingredients. No acids, no retinoids, nothing to react with.
Hyvia Crème adds ceramide NP, phytosterols, and ferulic acid to support the barrier while it rebuilds.
We chose this line specifically because we could not formulate it ourselves. TSC is patented and unavailable to private label, and post-procedure skin is where it earns its place.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from regular microneedling?
The device and the depths are the same standard we hold for every treatment. What changes is the solution. Basic microneedling often uses a glide gel. P.E.A.R.L. delivers PDRN, exosomes, growth factors, antioxidants, and amino acids into the channels while they are open.
How many treatments do I need?
One begins the renewal process. Two create separate remodeling cycles and give your skin more to build on. Your provider will recommend based on what you want to change and where your skin is starting from.
What is the downtime?
Expect redness similar to a mild sunburn for one to three days, along with some tightness and sensitivity. Around day two or three, light flaking is common as the surface turns over. All of that is normal and expected.
Most people are comfortable in makeup by day two or three.
In our experience, P.E.A.R.L. patients tend to move through recovery faster and more comfortably than they expect. We believe the regenerative ingredients are part of why, since they are delivered while the channels are still open and the skin is actively repairing.
Your provider will give you written aftercare before you leave. Follow that rather than a general timeline.
When will I see results?
Hydration and glow show up first, often within the week. Collagen remodeling takes longer, so texture and fine line changes build over six to twelve weeks and continue after that.
Can I combine this with laser?
Sometimes, and it depends on your skin.
We occasionally perform a fractional Pico treatment alongside SkinPen. When we do, it is almost never at your first session. We want to see how your skin responds first, then stack the two at your second visit if your baseline supports it.
More often, we separate them on purpose. Doing your laser as its own appointment later means we can use more aggressive settings, because by then we have already optimized your skin. Stronger settings on prepared skin beats gentler settings on skin we are still assessing.
Do I need The Countdown too?
Only if pigment is also a concern. P.E.A.R.L. builds skin quality. The Countdown quiets pigment and strengthens the barrier. When both apply, we run them in order rather than together.
Does it hurt?
No. We apply a compounded topical numbing cream before we start, and SkinPen is generally well tolerated by everyone.
Most people describe a mild rug burn sensation. Some say it feels ticklish. Neither is what people expect walking in.
If anything feels like more than that, tell your provider. We adjust.
What should I not do afterward?
For 48 hours: no sweating, no workouts, no sauna, no hot yoga, no steam. Heat and sweat on freshly treated skin invite irritation and infection.
For about five days: no actives. That means retinoids, acids, vitamin C, and scrubs. Your Epicutis kit is what you use instead, and it is all you need.
Until your provider clears you: no direct sun. Sunscreen every morning, no exceptions.
Book accordingly. If you have a workout schedule or an event, tell us and we will time your appointment around it.
You will go home with written aftercare. Follow that rather than a general schedule you read online.
